I couldn't be happier with my stay at this gorgeous little cottage in a lovely village. The value for the money was excellent and the room was cozy and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right by the beach and a fantastic pub with friendly staff. The host, Kim, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be returning here.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Loved basking on the sunny patio all day, with a great view and free WiFi. Enjoyed the dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Explored the nearby Pine Lodge Gardens and had fun kayaking. Shared the property with only my own party, and they welcomed everyone.
Just missed a personal concert from Lady Gaga in the garden. So disappointed!

We had the most amazing stay at Lil' Nauti Villa in Pentewan. the cottage exceeded our expectations and was absolutely beautiful. Not only was it spotlessly clean, but it also had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kim, our host, was fantastic and made the check-in process easy and welcoming. the local pub and cafe were conveniently located and catered to all our needs. the village itself felt like a little piece of Cornish heaven. We can't wait to book again and return to this lovely cottage in the future. Cons: the only drawback we encountered was that the cottage was a bit difficult to find at first. 🧭.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! From the modern facilities to the super comfortable bed, everything exceeded our expectations. The location, right by the coast, was jaw-dropping and perfect for local walking and visiting the amazing Heligan Lost Gardens. With a bus service at one end of the road and a lovely beach at the other, it was so convenient. The friendly pub in the middle was an added bonus. We loved every minute of our stay and felt right at home. Thank you, Jo, for being such a great host and for the fresh milk and strawberries. The cottage had everything we needed and more, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an outdoor dining area. It was adults only, which made it even more peaceful, and we were able to enjoy some cycling and water sports nearby. Plus, the no pets allowed and no smoking on site policy ensured a clean and pleasant environment. We can't wait to come back!

The cottage was absolutely adorable and cozy, just what I was looking for. the interior design was lovely, and the cottage had everything I needed for my short stay. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the WiFi worked perfectly. the location was key, being a stone's throw away from a friendly village pub and within easy reach of a beautiful beach and local walks. It was also just a short drive away from a larger town. the cottage provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, exactly what I needed for a business trip.
As expected in an old cottage, the stairs were quite steep and the bathroom only had a shower, which might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. I was disappointed to find out that the nearby beach had a dog ban during my visit, as I had been looking forward to walking my dogs there.
